Evelyn A. Hovanec

Evelyn Ann Fajans Hovanec of Bel Air died Feb. 27, 2005 at Mariner Health of Bel Air. She was 85. Born in Syracuse, NY she was the daughter of the late Arthur R. and Mabel Hatch McBride, and the adopted daughter of the late Edward and Alma Meersse Fajans. She was retired from her job as a bindery clerk in Freeport, NY and was a member of Ann Evans Circle of First Presbyterian Church of Bel Air. Ms. Hovanec is survived by her husband of nearly 65 years, Joseph William Hovanec, Sr., and her son, Joseph W. Hovanec, Jr. of Edgewood, NM and her daughter, Jeanne Rosser of Bel Air: her grandsons, Sean and Bryan Rosser of Bel Air and her great-grandchildren, Justin M. and Emma D. Rosser of Bel Air; and her twin sister, Elizabeth Barker, of Hillsboro, NH.
