Eloise Lucille Bowman

On March 6, 2005 Eloise Lucille Bowman died at home in Aberdeen, MD. She was the wife of Roger-Edgar Bowman and were married 49 Years. She is survived by a son Bruce E. Bowman of Aberdeen, MD. Also survived by two sisters: Eleanor Wood and Barbara Eicher both of North Ridgeville, Ohio. She is predeceased in death by her brother Don Carpenter and her parents Harold and Hazel (Montague) Carpenter. She retired as a chemist for civil service from the Aberdeen Proving Ground, she also received her degree from Ohio State University in Organic Chemistry. She was fond of camping hiking and sewing. She and her husband covered a large portion of the country hiking and camping. She was a loving, caring wife who provided the support for her husband to work in Harford County Civil Defense and earn Silver Beaver in Scouting and for her son to earn the Eagle Scout Badge. A viewing will be held March 11, 2005 from 10 to 11 AM at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. 333 S. Parke Street, Aberdeen, MD 21001 where a service will be held at 11 AM.
