Obituary
Susan Jane Lewis of Elkton passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Regal Heights Health Care Center in Hockessin, DE. She was 75.
Born in Havre de Grace, MD she grew up in Churchville, MD and was the daughter of the late Frank and Emily (Ayres) Kragl.
Over the years, Mrs. Lewis has worked for employers such as Amazon, Rite Aid and Kohl's, while also assisting clients as a real estate agent. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and the beauty nature has to offer.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Rainey and husband Ryan Papp of Elkton; sister, Jean Clark and husband Cecil of Orangeburg, SC; five nieces and nephews; multiple great-nieces and great-nephews; also her beloved chihuahua Bubz. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Frank Kragl, Jr. and Bonnie Day.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 16 from 6-8pm at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home where a funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, August 17 at 10:30am.
