I was so sad to hear the announcement by Charlie Oliver at my Aberdeen Rotary meeting today that Mr. Bays had passed away. The community of Aberdeen and all who ever met Mr. Bays will miss him greatly. He was always the kindest of all gentlemen. What a pleasure it was to do business with him or just to talk. On behalf of myself and Mercantile County Bank I would like to express our deepest sympathy to his wife Kay and his loving family. May they gain strength from the knowledge that Mr. Bays was truly an Aberdeen treasure that made a lasting impact on all he met.
