Frank Edward Blackwell

Frank Edward Blackwell of Aberdeen, died July 8 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. He was 70. Mr. Blackwell was born in East Spencer, NC to the late Cletus J. and Rena Mae (Barringer) Blackwell, Sr. He retired as a truck driver for the State Highway Administration. Mr. Blackwell is survied by his niece, June Naylor and nephew Marvin Naylor and several great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his two brothers Cletus Blackwell, Jr. and Robert Blackwell. Friends may call at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. on July 14 from 11-1pm, where funeral services conducted by Pastor Carroll Brown will begin at 1:00pm. Interment will be in Harford Memorial Gardens.
