My condolences to Luann and David and Kim. He will surely be missed. I was shocked when I saw it in the Aegis. Called Eddie and told him about it. I can not believe it. May God be with you in this time of sorrow. He was a wonderful person. I still can not believe that it is true. I can still remember how he laughed all the time. Everytime I saw them, Lowell was always laughing.

Deepest sympathy and condolence to the family of Lowell. Lowell was a co-worker of mine during his assignment at APG and Ft. Lee, Va from 1993-2002. I looked at Lowell as a mentor to myself and several of his co-workers. He will deeply be missed, not only as a fellow worker, but also as a friend. He had taught me alot about training development for the Army, of which I will never forget his sharing of this knowledge. I will truly miss Lowell and his friendship.

My condolences to family. He will surely be missed. Mr Cooper took the time out to assist and give me guidance on the job (training developer) at CASCOM TD that I knew very little about. He was a very kind man. May God continue to bless each one of you.

"Coop" is what I called him. He was my mentor at work in Fort Lee VA. I will miss him. But he is in a better place now.
