Dear Rose and family, I was sorry to hear about the death of Chester. I remember him quite well and enjoyed his personality very much even though he had a lot of trouble communicating at times because of his hearing problem, something that I'm starting to have. By the way Rose, Phoebe Poe died about a month ago. The peace and love of God to all. In Christ, Dave Wenner, Citizens, the Music Man

Chester A. Carr, my Dad. A Man among Men.. a Gentlemen, a Best Friend, and a Dearly Loved & now Missed, Father, thats what he is to me. He worked hard & never once complained to support 8 children & a wife. It surely wasnt easy since he was deaf & handicapped too. But he did it gladly for his family. He was a kind, strong, gentle man, always helping whoever was in need, A good neighbor & friend to everyone. Sure do Miss You Dad.
