I have known Mr. and Mrs. Chalone from about 1956 until now. They were both very nice people and I followed their trips overseas and back again. I will miss his face, he was almost always seen getting out of their vehicle near the old Tarring Hardware Store. Farewell. Bruce P. Reynolds Edgewood Arsenal Employee

So sad to see an old friend go. We had the pleasure of knowing Melvin and Ingred for years in Germany. Although we lost track of them in later years, we have many fond memories of the old days at Miseau Army Depot! May God grant him peace.

Carol & I did not know Mr ChaloneHe but for years noticed him at the 10:30 mass at St. Margarets. He was always neatly dressed, tie, jacket etc. He was not in church for a couple of Sundays & we were worried. When he did return to church we spoke to him & told him that we missed him. He explained that he had some health problems. We enjoyed meeting him & I know that he appreciated our concern for him. I am so happy that we did speak to him. I only wish that we had spoke to him sooner. Hopefully he knew that people admired him & cared about him. May he be with God !!! Jack & Carol Smith
