I first met Joe in November 1950 when I went to work on Poverty Island at Aberdeen Proving Groung, MD. I worked with Joe for several months. I've never met a man with whom I would rather work. He was the best. The harder the job, the better he liked it. My condolances to his family. Sincerely, Orion L. Rogers
