Vera Pauline Mills

Vera P. Mills of Havre de Grace, died Dec. 19 at Citizens Care Center. She was 81. Mrs. Mills was born in Snake Spring Township, the daughter of the late Earl and Mary (Drenning) Foor. She retired from Montgomery Wards in 1992 as a credit clerk. She is survived by her husband of 51 years Virgil D. MIlls, one son Jeffrey Mills and his wife Johanna and one daughter Yvonne Mills; two grandchildren; Jeremiah Mills and Lucas Mills; one sister Ida Jane Leptic; one brother Timothy Ray Foor and 25 nieces and nephews. She was predeased by her brothers Ned, Marvin, Mason, Norman, Willard, and Earl and sisters Helen, Vada, and Joy, and one late nephew Timothy R. Foor, Jr. Friends may call at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. on Dec 21 from 6-8pm, where funeral services will be held on Dec. 22 at 10:00am. Interment will be in Harford Memorial Gardens.
