Dear Oscina, We were so sorry to hear about Elmer's passing. He was a true Christian. He will certainly be missed by many in the Susquehanna Charge and the surrounding area. Our prayers are with you and your family.

Your family will remain in our prayers as you face the coming days. You held us up in your prayers in our time of need. We are truly sorry that Elmer has had to suffer as he has during the past weeks. Over the years, he gave much and now he has won life's battles. I know his family loved and appreciated him. He will be missed in our family. We will share and treasure the pictures we have and always keep his memory alive. Know you are in our prayers.

My special brother, so hard to lose him. I know he was so dear to all his family and such a wonderful brother to all his brothers and sisters. I could always depend on him to hear and understand all my thoughts and problems. I will miss him, but thank God he is no longer suffering. His sister, Earlene
