Jamie Lynn Bowman, age 45 on October 3, 2008. Wife of William "Dean" Bowman of Havre de Grace. Mother of April Hall of Havre de Grace and step-mother of Jacob Bowman of Pembroke, GA. Daughter of Lillian (West) Osborn of Aberdeen and the late Jackie Eugene Osborn. Sister of Addie "Gene" Osborn of Essex, Jerry Osborn and his wife Sandy of Port Deposit and Christopher Osborn and his wife Kim of Delta, PA. Jamie was raised Baptist and loved her work on Aberdeen Proving Ground as an Engineering Equipment Operator. The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. of Aberdeen, on Tuesday, October 7 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A private family service officiated by Rev.
