Dear Gene, Jill, Bev, Tammy, Chrissy, and all her grandchildren: May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Joan was a kind, caring and thoughtful cousin. She did a lot of community services and was dedicated to her loving family and friends. We spoke often and she was a great comfort to me upon my mom’s and sister Dianes passing to heaven. Always a card and call from her for special occasions and to catch up on our families events. She will be sorely missed by me and all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
