Dear Cousins, While it has been years since we last saw one another I carry with me always the most wonderful memories of coming to the house to see Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Nellie. One of my most vivid is the time my Dad (Raymond) and Uncle Jimmy watched as I learned the hard way what an electric fence felt like! They did warn me not to touch but of course I had to.. They got quite a laugh out of it but I never forgot how my fingers felt!! Your Mom and Dad's home was always a warm, wonderful, fun place to play. As I recall always to have some of the best sweet tea I ever have had too. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember well how your Dad would always smile and laugh a lot. He always seemed to me so happy. Know that you are all in my thoughts and I will always hold fond memories of the time I spent in your home while we were all growing up. With love and my sympathies. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you. May all the beautiful memories of him comfort you and bring you peace. I remember when I was young watching all of you play guitar's and sing with your dad. I always enjoyed Sunday dinner's when everone would come over and we'd sit out on the big front porch. God Bless, Love Lora

I have some wonderful memories of the times spent with all of you kids (and Tommy) at the big house and in Florida. Lots of laughter, good food, music and fun. Jim was always kind and generous to me. I'm so sorry for your loss. I wish i could have been there to say goodbye...know that you were all in my thoughts. "When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure." With love and hugs, Jeannie
