Jack F. Polk, Sr.

We loved our uncle Jack so much and will miss his sense of humor and his wonderful stories. Galen is so very sad and will miss him too.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Polk. I had the honor of meeting him when he was in rehab at Citizens. I know he will be missed by many. My sincere condolences to his family. Lisa DeBoard

Our family would like to express our Condolences. I (Larie) have known Jack for many years, for I am a cousin to Mary & Frank Worthington. I know he will be greatly missed.

We will miss him very much, we will miss his soup and corn bread that he always made for the church too

Brother Polk's broad smile is what I will miss. Oh and his banana pudding and soup! What a good servant of the Lord he was.
