Little did I know when I met Harry in 1990 that we had much in common. In fact it took quite a few years before I found out that we were both from Philly, each with an undergraduate degree in Physics and a graduate degree in engineering. Our family histories included REAL problems our parents overcame overseas before they came to America. I suppose that's why Harry never thought any problem was too big to figure out and seldom lost his composure. I deeply respect him and he is sorely missed. I wish the best for his family.

Harry ..... working with and for Harry during my APG career was a great opportunity! He had such wisdom, was well spoken, always seemed so calm, always smiling. I recently had a conversation with him at the grocery store - maybe the Commissary. Again, he was smiling. Always enjoyed these conversations; shall miss not having them.....

Harry Greveris was the man. He was really the Director of DIO. I worked for Harry for many years and he is a very intelligent person who knew it all and done it all. He was DIO. He always had the right answer and nothing ever bothered him. He will surely be missed at DIO. May God be with him, the family and friends. What a great loss to the world.

My uncle, my tutor, my advocate, my friend... I never heard Harry speak ill of anyone. In fact, he was the least judgmental person I have come to know. He was always smiling, always calm, always thinking of solutions rather than focusing on problems. With Harry in my corner, I never felt defeated. "You and I will meet again, When we're least expecting it, One day in some far off place, I will recognize your face, I won't say goodbye my friend, For you and I will meet again."
