Obituary
Barbara "Bobbie" Wise (formerly West), 78, died March 23, 2009 in Orlando, Florida. Mrs. Wise was born on November 10, 1931 in Buckhannon, West Virginia. In 1948, she married Russell Wise of Wheeling, West Virginia, and later moved to Aberdeen, where she raised five children. Mrs. Wise is survived by her four sons, Russell, Kenneth, Thomas, and William, seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild. In addition to her parents, Garland and Ota West, she was preceded in death by her husband, her daughter, Deborah, two grandchildren, her sister, Lota Marie Wilfong, and two brothers, Charles and Michael. A viewing will be held Friday, March 27 at Tarring Cargo Funeral Home in Aberdeen from 6-8PM. A funeral service will be held March 28 at 11 AM, followed by internment at Harford Memorial Garden in Aberdeen.

Dear Rusty & family, I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. Unfortunately, my husband and I will be out of town Friday and Saturday so I am unable to make the service. Please pass along my sympathies to your brothers. My Mother (Evelyn Parrish) has asked that I get phone numbers for all of you, when you have time just shoot me an e-mail. She and Warren do not think they have current ones for you boys. Again, my sympathies on the loss of your Mom. Donna (Thompson) Kahoe P.S.
