Dear Jean, Joanie, and Joyce, I had been in Lynchburg VA for a couple of days on business, and when I got back this evening dad came by to me to tell me about Aunt Rita. He had tears in his eyes, and I want you to know I think he was always so proud of her. I was so saddened to hear of her passing, not for her, but for you. We know that her faith not only sustained her here, but will take her to her heavenly home, complete with her "new" body that will never be ill, and never grow old. Mom's been gone for twelve years, and I still miss her every day. I am so sorry we can't be there, but I really don't think Dad could make the trip ok. Getting very feeble. (He turned 85 in Feb). Your mom was a very special lady and will be missed. Please accept our condolences and know that we will be praying for you and your families. Love, Susie
