I am so grateful to God for allowing me the opportunity to have a relationship with my father. For the first time in 34 years I played a board game with my dad. I am sorry that he is gone because i would love to experience life with him longer but know he is in a better place and thankful for the relationship we formed. I wouldn't change it for the world.

Many fond happy memories I've been thinking of. Garnie just was'nt my cousin, but he was also my buddy in fun and laughs. He was my protector when I needed it and even when I did'nt. We had alot of fun and lots of laughs. Garnie had the brightest eyes when he smiled and a smile a mile wide. He was fierce in a fight but was loyal to his friends. He loved his family above all else. If he could of he would have beat the cancer. I'll miss him, but I'll always remember him with love and affection. Always remember your Dad, when those little memories come, his smile his laugh, something he said, take them out everyday and let his love shine. Cause he did love you guys. His family. Linda Black
