Joann Lillian Phillips of Havre de Grace passed away on July 31, 2026 in Bel Air, Maryland after an illness. She was the beloved wife of Harry E. Phillips and devoted mother to Howard Timms and the late Mark William Timms.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. May you find comfort in the beautiful Hope found in the Bible at John 5:28 and 29 where Jesus promised that all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. What a loving assurance, that this separation is not permanent.
