Shirley Ann Bilka, age 62 of Edgewood died Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Beloved mother of James P. Bratton of Windsor, PA. Dear sister of Stephen P. Bilka III and wife Betty of Aberdeen. Born in Havre de Grace to the late Stephen P. Bilka, Jr. and Margaret Pauline Golladay Bilka Dean. Shirley thoroughly enjoyed her work on APG, hiking and visiting the ocean.
A memorial service celebrating Shirley's life will be held in the family owned Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. of Aberdeen on Wednesday, April 21 at 7:30pm.
