I went looking for my old buddy Joe online and found this out. I grew up on Perry Avenue in Edgewood right near Joe. I'm a year older. He was the funniest of all of us and could crack me up like nobody else. Always positive. Was really hoping to see him again. Best regards to all his loved ones. Mark Franz, Edgewood Md.
