I was saddened to hear of Marian's passing. I enjoyed working with her at the General Medicine Clinic at Kirk Army Health Clinic from 1993 to 1997. I pray for her and the comfort of her many family and friends.

Marian was my godmother, and my mother's best friend. The entire Shepherd family loves and misses her and I wouldn't be the man I am today without the guidance she gave me through the years. Rest in Peace.

"Yorkie" was one of the most colorful and helpful people I knew during my three years as a young physician at Kirk U.S. Army Health Clinic at Aberdeeen Proving Ground, Maryland. She was very generous and helpful and stayed in touch with me and my wife and our young family even after I left the active Military. It has been many years since I saw or spoke with Yorkie, but I can still see her and hear her voice as clearly as if I had seen her only yesterday. God Bless you Yorkie. Rest in Peace. Kim and I are doing fine.
