Christopher L. Grimsley

Born on March 3, 1986, in Elkton, Maryland, to Larry Grimsley and Julie Roark, Christopher was a lifelong resident of Aberdeen, Maryland, where he built a life full of family.

Nothing meant more to him than being a father. His son, Jackson Grimsley, was the absolute center of his universe, his ultimate pride and greatest joy. Everything he did was for Jackson, loving him with every ounce of his heart.

An avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, he bled green and cheered on his team through every season. He also found immense joy in collecting sports cards, a passion that showcased his enthusiasm, and appreciation for the games he loved.

He is survived by his beloved son, Jackson Grimsley; as well as his father Larry and his step mother Tanya, his siblings, Danielle, Austin, Kayla, and nieces, Kameron, Gracie, Julianna, and Emberlynn and grandparents, Edgar and Carol Grimsley. Along with many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Julie Roark, and his grandfather, "Poppop" Daniel Roark.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday September 14th from 6:00PM to 8:00 at Tarring - Cargo Funeral Home P.A, located at 333 S. Parke Street, Aberdeen, MD. All are encouraged to wear Eagles jerseys or colors.
