Obituary
Jerome Schweiger, age 90 passed away July 17, 2010 in Havre de Grace. Beloved husband of the late Frances Schweiger. Devoted foster father of Leo Zwiebelman his wife Millicent and their son Eric. Also survived by 5 brothers and numerous relatives and friends.
Friends will be received in the family owned Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. of Aberdeen on Tuesday, July 20 from 7-9pm. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 615 Congress Ave, Havre de Grace on Wednesday, July 21 at 10am. Interment in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to assist the family with funeral and burial expenses may be made through the funeral home. Condolences may be placed on www.tarringcargo.com

I was so sad to hear about Uncle Jerry's passing. I have many fond memories of time spent with both he and Aunt Frances as a child and adolescent. I will never forget how caring he was and how giving of his time he was throughout his life. I loved listening to his stories, and he could always make me laugh. I hope that the pain and sadness that Leo, Eric and Millie feel at this time will be eased by pleasant memories of happy times spent with their father/grandfather. All of us are lucky to have had the opportunity to share parts of our lives with such a caring person as Uncle Jerry. I will miss him tremendously and keep him in my prayers.
