To the entire Hilliard Family, There are really no words to console you on the loss of Mr. Hilliard Sr., but, please know that we ask our Lord to provide you with His presence during this difficult time. We have you in our thoughts and prayers and know that God will be by your side. I knew Dick from the Aberdeen Fire Dept in the 70's and 80's. He was a kind man and a friend. Always with a joke and great sense of humor. It is with sadness to hear he is gone. Dick and his family will be in my prayers.
