Rachel Mae McAfee

Rachel Mae McAfee of Aberdeen died Monday, February 14, 2011 at Citizens Care Center. She was 86. Born in Lener, MS she was the daughter of the late Crawford and Maude (Foster) Cole and wife of the late Ed McAfee. Mrs. McAfee was a homemaker who enjoyed music, dancing, and conversation. She was a member of St. Peter�s Missionary Baptist Church in Jackson, MS. She is survived by her sons; Stevie McAfee, president and founder of Unity in the Community, Eddie McAfee also of Aberdeen, and Walter and Perry McAfee both of Jackson, MS; her daughters, Faye Greene of Ft. Dix, NJ, Helen Hudson and Pauline Williams both of Jackson, MS and Betty Jean Wanzo of Summit, MS and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
