Eugene H. Goble, age 76 of Aberdeen died Thursday, April 28, 2011 at home. Born in Marion, VA to the late Luther and Dora Goble. Beloved father of Robert Goble and wife Janet Scarborough of Aberdeen; loving grandfather of Stephanie Crayton and husband Christopher of Aberdeen. He is also survived by close friend and former wife Betty Kirk of Edgewood; sisters, Violette Halsey of Marion, VA and Mary Powell of PA. Eugene enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with family and friends. He worked as a forklift operator, retiring from American Stone Mix. Funeral arrangements through the family owned Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. of Aberdeen are private.
