James C. Wagner, Sr. passed away on August 16, 2024 at his home in Bel Air. He was 64.
Born in Alaska he was the son of the late Oscar and Sophie Wagner.
A retired cook at the Big M, he enjoyed watching football and wrestling.
He is survived by his sons James Wagner, Jr. of Bel Air and Joshua Wagner; grandchildren, Austin and Kaylin; sisters, Linda Larmore and Karen Wagner and his ex-wife Kathleen M. Peters. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Thomas, Robert and David Wagner.
