Franklin R Price

Franklin R. Price, age 71 of Aberdeen passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2011 in Citizens Care Center in Havre de Grace. Beloved son of the late Clifford and Ruth (Homer) Price. Survived by sister, Dorothy Carty of Aberdeen and many nieces and nephews. Franklin lived in Edgewood most of his young life and was a graduate of the Maryland State School for the Deaf in Frederick. He lived the majority of his school life within the school itself where he excelled academically and was very active in school sports. Following school Franklin worked for Martin Marietta for many years before retiring. He was also a certified, licensed residential electrician as well as a cabinet maker. Franklin was born deaf and was a very, kind, loving, caring, thoughtful, considerate person who worked hard his entire life and could do most anything. He loved playing basketball and the drums.
