To: Billy, I am not sure there are adequate words to express our (Prescy, Nene, Elsa & Jessie) feelings. But I just want you to know that if there is anything we can do that will help ease your hurt and fill the void now in your life with Jesse being gone, please let us know. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family. His passing will be a real loss to all of us who knew him.

Kuya Jess is my first cousin whom I loved so much . In my younger days I used to spend my vacation in their house, to be with them and mama Fe, his mother. He shared with us all the joys, happiness, pains and difficulties in life. Before I got married he help me with my dad and mom to understand and give permission. And when I was hospitalized last February 18, 2011 he help us even when he's far. He is most loved, a guy who always shared lots of jokes and stories to make us laugh and enjoy the family gatherings. He is the most funny kuya, making everybody happy. Kuya Jess the singer. He has a wonderful voice singing Frank Sinatra, Tom Jones songs and others. To Kuya Jess I have this song for you, Isang Saglit. I miss you so much kuya. When you're still alive how I long to see you when you come home here in the Philippines. I love you Kuya Jess, now that you are home with God. You just went ahead of us and hope to see you there in time... I love you and miss you. ... see you kuya!
