Dear Joanna, We were saddened to hear about the passing of your father. Please accept our heartfelt condolences during this incredibly difficult time. We hope you find comfort in the memories you shared with him. Dave and I have been reminiscing about the conversations he had with your dad, especially the ones about baseball and Griffith Stadium. Both his father and John served during the same time. I think John reminded Dave of his dad and we would jokingly say that we wanted to adopt him as our dad . Dave appreciated these chats as Dave’s father had passed some years ago. Like your father, Dave’s father also shared a passion for baseball. Please know that we are thinking of you and your family, and sending all our love and support. With deepest sympathy, Jeanine & David
