Mrs. Griffin was my General Business Training Teacher at Havre de Grace High School in the late 1960's. She was a wonderful teacher and cared for all of her students. So sad to hear of her passing.

It's amazing, the loss we feel when one of our former school teachers passes away. You immediately remember what you learned from that person and never really thanked them. Ms. Griffin taught me typing with an old manual machine at HdeG High School in the 60's. I thought I'd never catch on. Her stern teaching technique forced me to learn and learn it all, the right way. God Bless you Ms. Griffin. I'm sure you're showing a another, great group of people their home row keys. "Posture.. feet flat on the floor"!

Dear Amy, I was so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. Your parents did a marvelous job of raising exceptional children. Therefore, they must have been phenomenal themselves. Hold those special memories close. Peggy Schantz Miller

Dear Amy and family, I remember the holiday get togethers when the kids were young and the houses were happily hectic and busy. The "Grandmas" were always the calm in the storm. I hope you can find peace. Love, Jen, Ken and Andrew
