Walt was a genuine, witty, caring, and always smiling gentleman. He spent many years devoted to exercising with his friends @ HCC Cardiac Fitness. Everyone truly loved and respected him. I was fortunate to be "one of the nurses" (and a friend) there with him. It is with sadness that I send my condolences to Thelma (remember you well from our Christmas parties) and the rest of the family. May you take comfort in your many wonderful cherished memories of a true hero of our community. I am so sorry that I did not hear of his parting in time to attend the funeral service. Sincerely, Eileen Frey
