Beloved husband of Marie Stokes for 67 years. Dear father of Tommie Popa and husband John of Baldwin and Sandra Miller and husband Don of Aberdeen. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He had owned and operated a painting business for many years in Baltimore.
