Thank God for the gifts you shared with us. You sang and smiled your way home. I know heaven is a better place with you in it. I pray that your family and friends will feel the comfort that only God can give as they struggle to come to terms with losing their family member, friend, comrade and President.

Melvin was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I send my deepest condolences to his family.
