Betty Krispin Pumphrey

Betty Krispin "Kris" Pumphrey (nee Waters) a resident of Havre de Grace, MD, and retired teacher from 26 years of teaching at Bakerfield Elementary School in Aberdeen, died October 19, 2012 after a long illness. She was 63. Beloved wife of Philip D. Pumphrey and loving daughter of Robert E. Waters, Sr., and Loy Malone Waters of Bel Air, Md., and the late Betty Sylvia (nee Lewis) Waters. Dear mother of James Christopher Waters and his wife Kristin Lea Waters of Jarrettsville, MD, Steven Philip Pumphrey of Bel Air, MD. Dear grandmother of Benjamin Steven Pumphrey of Bel Air, MD and Abigail Mackenzie Waters of Jarrettsville, MD. Loving sister of Robert Waters, Jr., of Pottstown, PA, Allan Waters of Hanover, New Hampshire. Survived by many other loving family members. A visitation will be held on Friday October 26, 2012 at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home, P.A. 333 South Parke Street Aberdeen, MD from 4:00 - 5:30 pm. Memorial service immediately following visitation at 5:30 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
