Leslie Bernard McFadden

Leslie Bernard McFadden of Aberdeen died Monday, October 28 at Harford Memorial Hospital. He was 82. Born in New York, NY he was the son of the late George & Marian (Friedman) McFadden. Mr. McFadden retired from the U. S. Army after serving over 23 years. He was an avid Oriole's fan who loved to cook, fish and garden, his greatest joy though was being surrounded by his loving wife and family. He is survived by his wife of nearly 58 years, Edith (Romig) McFadden; sons, Brian McFadden, David McFadden, and Michael McFadden all of Aberdeen, Leslie McFadden and Frank McFadden both of Havre de Grace, and Peter Herzberger of Darmstadt, Germany; his daughters, Patricia Angstadt of Aberdeen and Hannelore Wright of Spokane, WA; 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his son Dieter Herzberger. A visitation will be held at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home on Saturday, November 2 from 1-4pm.
