Brian, sorry for your loss. I took care of your mother and you so many times at "Dell's" and she was always a happy person. When you had said you would be taking mom to be closer to you in New York , I thought this was wonderful . Bless your family. Kathy

As you and I have talked many times your Mother was so well liked by so many and I continue to hear lovely stories about her and her attention to her loyal customers in her insurance office. Brian and Marilyn I just today learned of your Mother's passing. Or I certainly would have been at the service in Aberdeen. Verna was a wonderful woman and a great and dear friend to me for many years. We lost touch but I thought of her often.I am so so sorry to hear of her passing and not even knowing about.it. She is truly at peace in Heaven. She was so good to so many people, especially me. Rest Well my dear friend Verna.

I wish to send my condolences to Brian whom I feel I knew somewhat 24 yrs ago through your music. I was looking up your dad when I came upon this notice. It sounds like your mother was very special and nurturing and that she lived a long and productive life. What a blessing she must have been and what a beautiful tribute you all wrote about her!
