Dear Jane and family, I'm lost for words for what to say, but then again no words can describe the sorrow I feel for you and your family with the loss of Norb. When I heard the news, I was in shock and deeply saddened. All I can offer is my very deepest sympathy to you. I was a friend and co-worker of Norb's for 40 years. He was a good person and was well liked by everyone that knew him.

I will miss Norb very much. He was a kind and gentle man and I am glad he was part of my life. My condolences go out to Jane, Robert and the rest of the family.
