My heart is heavy after learning of the passing of Ed. I worked with Ed from 1982 to 1985 at the Detention Center before going to the academy. Ed was full of life and that laugh could be heard from one end of that place to the other. He was a good man and I learned a great deal from him. My prayers are with your family and with you my friend. Thank you for being a friend and mentor.
