My dear Aunt Dot, my dad’s sister and Harford County’s very own Jane Russell, lived a remarkable life. Her beauty, love, determination, and zest for life and FAMILY were truly unmatched. She taught us to persevere through adversity. Aunt Dot was part of the Bowman family, which has been a part of Harford County for nearly 400 years. May you May you rest in peace and rejoice with your loved ones who have passed before you. We will miss you dearly. Billy And Patsy Bowman
