Obituary
Daniel Austin Griffin of Aberdeen died Wednesday, July 16. He was 24.
Born in Harford Co., MD he was the son of Eric and Michelle (Novak) Griffin.
A graduate of Aberdeen High school, Mr. Griffin was a Pennsylvania Army Reservist and worked for the town of Aberdeen, Department of Public Works.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his son, Drew Griffin; brother, Connor Griffin; father John Tanner, grandparents, Karl & Linda Griffin, Frank Novak, III, Linda Tanner, J. Thomas Tanner and the late Margaret R. Novak. Maternal Aunts Jennifer Novak and Tina Owens, Paternal Aunt Joanna Tanner-Dietz. Maternal Uncles Chris Novak and the late George Novak. Paternal Uncle Mike Griffin.
A visitation will be held at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 23 from 5-7pm where a memorial service will begin at 7:00pm. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.tarringcargo.com.

Dan always had a smile and was there to lend a helping hand when you needed him. He will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, wether for a minute or a lifetime. Condolences to his family. Thoughts, prayers and hugs to all.
