Constance Provost, age 47 of Aberdeen passed away on Friday, June 27, 2014. Born in Havre de Grace a beloved daughter of Katherine (nee Buchanan) Goad and the late Elmer O. Goad; loving mother of Emily Hardy and husband James of Aberdeen, Andrew Swallows of Aberdeen and Van Provost of New Iberia, LA; dear sister of Nina Ostrowski and husband David of the Eastern Shore, MD, Debbie Buchanan of Virginia Beach, VA, Kathy Smith and husband Brian of Owings Mills, MD and Elmer Goad and wife Marsha of Alexandria, VA; proud grandmother of Hayden Hardy of Aberdeen. She also remained close friends with Rogers Swallow, Emily & Andrew's father. Connie loved cooking and entertaining close family and friends. She was a funny person, full of laughter who always with a smile on her face. Services are private. Invitations for a scattering service will be announced.
