Obituary
Victoria Inci Russell, infant daughter of James "J.D." and Melissa (Rickey) Russell of Port Deposit died Saturday, August 16 at the University of MD Medical Center.
She is also survived by her sister Zoey Russell; grandparents, A. Lambert & Cheryl Rickey and Dana Briscoe; aunts, Allison Delcher, Jessica Rickey and Cathy Webber and her great grandparents, Bonnie Briscoe and Richard & Joyce LaLuzerne. Contributions in her memory may be to the Victoria Russell Memorial Fund, c/o Harford Bank, 8 W. Bel Air Ave., Aberdeen, MD 21001.
