Obituary
On Sunday, November 2, 2014 Phyllis E. (Wheelock) Bernier, beloved wife of 50 years to the late Roland G. Bernier, loving mother of Virginia Lee Bernier of New Jersey, Thomas Bernier, Esq. and wife Rosaleen of Parkton, MD, Dr. Renee Bernier-Travis, and husband Michael of Leonardtown, MD, Paul Bernier, P.A. of Hunt Valley, MD, Julie A. Schiminger, CRNP and husband Robert of Forest Hill, MD and the late Donard M. Bernier. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was an accomplished cook and gardener and was devoted to St. Joan of Arc Parish. She was involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church on Thursday, November 6 at 10:00am. Entombment of her cremains will be at Harford Memorial Gardens. Contributions in her memory may be made to St. Joan of Arc School Tuition Assistance, 230 S. Law St., Aberdeen, MD 21001.
