Kerry and I were so glad to get to visit Uncle Steve and Francis this past summer. I saw so many characteristics of my dad when talking to him. We remember the times you both visited us in Texas. Our thoughts are with you and your family, as well as Aunt Betty and Uncle Leonard.

I was so honored to be able to share the July 4th Parade with Mr. Szmanski. We truly enjoyed the day. We wish that memory provides some comfort for everyone at this time.

There are many words of comfort I would like to say. However, it has often been found that the best source of comfort is found in God's word. "He is healing the brokenhearted ones, And is binding up their painful spots." (Psalms 147:3) Death was never meant to be. (Genesis 2:17) Therefore, "He will actually swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord will certainly wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) May the hope of being reunited with your deceased loved one bring you a measure of comfort and joy.
