Cecil F. Gover, Sr.

Cecil Floyd Gover, Sr. passed away peacefully at home on February 15. He was 60. Born 7 July 1954 in Baltimore he was the son of the late Wilmer F. & Lola Mae Gover, Sr. He was the youngest of many siblings and will be sorely missed and loved by family, friends and coworkers. He was the beloved father of Cecil Gover, Jr. of Aberdeen, Lisa Gover of Cumberland, and Amanda Jackson Gover of Baltimore and grandfather of William Smith, Jr. of Baltimore. Cecil was a member of the Aberdeen Moose Lodge and he loved to fish and be with many friends and family. A visitation was held on Saturday, February 21 from 5-7pm at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home.
