Dianne, My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family--may God comfort you and give you His peace which surpasses all understanding. I will miss Chuck--what a kind, generous natured man. He did so much for his family and also the community through his extensive volunteer work. I greatly appreciated all that he did for the ACT group--he was a huge help to me personally. God bless you, Bobbie

To Mr. Doty's Family, My sincere sympathy in losing your Dad/husband/grandfather. I didn't know him real well, but waited on him many times during my tenure at the Short Stop in Aberdeen. He'd come in and say, 'Hey little girl' . . and I would say 'Hey little boy', just kidding around. Never even really knew his name, but he was always so pleasant and cheerful. I know the good Lord will be with you all during this sad and difficult time, and you, his family, will be in my thoughts and prayers.

We send our deepest sympathy to you, Dianne, and family in the passing of Chuck. He will be missed by many people. Chuck played a significant leadership role in our Early Head Start program while the grandkids were enrolled. We are grateful for his contribution and support. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.

I met Chuck through ACT and was greatly impressed by his kindness, cheerfulness, and dedication to helping others. He was always reaching out, sharing what he knew and helping us work together to improve not only Aberdeen but all of Harford County. I am only one of the many who deeply respect Chuck and will sorely miss him. I offer my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Please accept my deepest sympathy. May the God of all comfort, comfort and sustain your family during this grievous time. God's word promises the time will come when we will be able to say: "Death where is your victory? Death where is your sting?" (1 Cor. 15:55) Also, "Many of those asleep in the dust of the earth will wake up." (Daniel 12:2) May meditating on this bring you much comfort.

Chuck was a good grandpa to alexia and aiden. He helped them with their school work and played a very important part in raising them .they loved and respected him and its a big loss for them but hes gone to a better place where he will not suffer anymore and for that we will be thankful. He cooked at their birthday parties and unselfishly gave his time to help take care of them when needed.God bless him for all hes done.
